How do I choose the element type for the analysis of sheet metal stamping?

In LSDYNA, there are different elements available in the analysis of sheet metal stamping Would you please give me some advice on how to choose the proper element type?

If you are only interested in performing a sheet metal stamping analysis to determine blank draw in, the formation of wrinkles and prediction of surface strains, then the BT element (element 2) an acceptable element. It has been weel optimized, and provides very reasonable predictions

If a springback analysis will be performed upon successful completion of the stamping simulation, then the fully integrated shell element (element formulation, ELFORM, #16 in SECTION_SHELL) is a better choice. Although this element is more expensive (approximately 20% over BT) this element can give better springback predictions and can help to achieve better convergence during the implicit springback solution.
