Use the card of *CONSTRAINED_RIGID_BODY_STOPPERS

You can constrain the displacement by specifying a negative value for LCMAX and LCMIN.

You can also constrain the velocity limit by specifying the value of LCVMNX – often 2-5 % of the tooling velocity being used is sufficient.
